Ingredients:
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 150 g brown sugar
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 300 g Savoiardi cookies (ladyfingers)
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:
- In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and brown sugar.
- Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and whisk constantly until the mixture becomes thick and pale, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to scramble the eggs.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Once the egg mixture has cooled, gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

- Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
- Before serving, generously dust the top with cocoa powder.
