Make Delicious Strawberry Tiramisu at Home in Just 5 easy steps!

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml heavy cream (33% fat)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 220 g curd, grated
  • 220 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large pack of Savoiardi cookies (ladyfingers)
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the melted and cooled white chocolate.
  • Add the grated curd, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream mixture. Stir until well combined and smooth.

2. Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

  • Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. Set aside a few for garnishing.
  • In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and lemon juice. This mixture will be used to dip the Savoiardi cookies.

3. Assemble the Tiramisu:

  • Quickly dip each Savoiardi cookie in the orange-lemon juice mixture. Be careful not to soak them too much to avoid making them soggy.
  • Arrange a layer of dipped cookies in the bottom of your serving dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well).
  • Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream.
  • Repeat the layers (cookies, cream, strawberries) until you've used up all your ingredients, finishing with a layer of cream on top.

4. Chill and Serve:

  • Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  • Before serving, garnish the top with the reserved strawberry slices.
